Our staff are thoroughly screened using Level 2 electronic fingerprinting through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE). This includes federal FBI fingerprint matching and state-level criminal histories, ensuring our close-knit tracks are guided exclusively by fully cleared, trusted professionals. Furthermore, our system utilizes the state’s ongoing retention network, providing our leadership with real-time, continuous automated alerts if a staff member ever encounters the legal system post-hire. We don't just hire great people; we ensure a completely secure environment where your learner can confidently grow.

We come in to handle the heavier "extras" like messy applied science labs, teamwork & social skills, and hands-on practical life skills that can be exhausting to plan and clean up at your kitchen table.To thrive in our collaborative project labs, all participants must be independent learners who are at least 8 years old during their enrollment term, and fully capable of navigating a small-group environment without one-on-one supervision.

Most youth programs are stuck in the "after-school" time zone because they are built to fit the institutional school clock. We were very intentional about wanting something different. We designed our program tracks specifically for families who choose a different lifestyle and learn on a different timeline.We chose our morning window to honor your family's freedom. Instead of fragmenting your day or cutting into your afternoon, this block allows your learner to dive into curated, hands-on instructional projects right when their energy and curiosity are at their peak. Because we handle the messy science setups, fitness modules, and leadership workshops during this focused timeframe, the instructional pressure is completely off your home schedule. When the session wraps up, your learner returns to you fully charged, inspired, and ready for whatever your afternoon brings; whether that's individual intensives, sports, or focused family time.

Yes, though because we strictly limit our mixed-age studios to a 10:1 student-to-instructor capacity, our seats fill up quickly. We intentionally focus on our Primary 4-Day Immersive Track (Monday through Thursday).There is a magic that happens when students collaborate four days a week. They don't just work on academic and creative projects together; they form inside jokes, build deep, lasting friendships, and find a comforting daily momentum that makes their confidence come alive. Training four days a week allows them to really own their projects from start to finish without missing a beat of the community vibe.We know some families are balancing other regional schedules, so we do offer a highly limited 2-Day Track (Monday/Wednesday). However, because our curriculum flows sequentially across all four days, these 2-day seats are strictly limited and reserved for families who need a high-efficiency instructional supplement to their week. While our physical neighborhood studio space is located inside a church facility, our program has no religious affiliation, instruction, or chapel requirements.
