Service Description
We get it. As a homeschool family, your calendar is already full of activities, sports, and lessons. You work hard to handle it all. Designed for independent homeschool kids ages 8 and up in Plant City, Florida, our Monday & Wednesday group adds a fun burst of learning to your child’s week. It is the perfect, stress-free choice if you want a part-time option that fits your current routine. Our full program runs for 4 days, but our 2-day students jump right into the daily fun without missing a beat. They will dive into whatever exciting projects, science experiments, or art activities are happening on the days they attend. What We Do: - Academics: We bring Language Arts, Economics, and Science off textbook pages and into real life with hands-on activities. - Enrichment: We weave in crucial Life Skills, Etiquette, Financial Literacy, Culinary basics, Physical Fitness, Character Building, and an Exploration of the Arts to build deep confidence, creativity, and independence. The Parent Relief Blueprint: - Mess-free: We handle the science experiments, glitter, and chaos. - Focus: Hours for you to work, rest, or recharge. - Growth: Independent, capable kids who share big ideas. 📌 Group Schedule Note: To keep our classes safe, structured, and organized, your child's spot is strictly for Tuesdays and Thursdays. Missed days cannot be made up or swapped for Monday/Wednesday slots. (Families looking for bigger multi-day team projects and deeper friendships usually choose our 4-day track!) By registering, you agree to the following terms: - Fall Term Commitment: Registration is for the full 5-month Fall track selected per participant. We do not offer drop-in days, partial weeks, or prorated weekly enrollment. - Monthly Enrollment/Registration Fees: Monthly fees reserve your child’s limited seat for each upcoming monthly service period within the Fall term. Fees support staffing, materials planning, program preparation, small-group capacity, and your child’s reserved placement. - Payment Due Date: Monthly payments are due by the last day of the prior month. For example, August’s monthly enrollment/registration fee is due by July 30th. - SUFS Direct Pay: If using SUFS Direct Pay, the parent/guardian must submit the applicable EMA request at least 3 business days before the due date. Your child’s seat is not secured until SUFS funds are reserved in EMA or another approved payment method is completed. - SUFS Delays or Denials: Families remain responsible for completing payment by the due date. If SUFS funds are not reserved in time, another approved payment method may be required to hold the student’s seat. - No Attendance-Based Proration: Monthly fees are not attendance-based and are not prorated for absences, illness, travel, family schedule conflicts, missed days, or voluntary nonattendance. - Receipts: Credit card payments are receipted automatically and may be used for manual SUFS reimbursement submissions when applicable. - Scholarship-Funded Payments: Scholarship-funded payments are not refunded directly to parents. Any required correction, reversal, adjustment, or refund involving scholarship funds will be handled through the applicable SUFS/EMA process. - Supplemental Homeschool Program: Foundations is operated by Foundations Fine Arts, LLC in partnership with Plant City Homeschool Collective, Inc. Foundations provides part-time homeschool enrichment and support. We do not provide core academics, grades, diplomas, full-time school enrollment, or daycare services. Parents remain the primary educators of record and retain responsibility for maintaining their chosen Florida homeschool pathway requirements.
